Hi, I’m Laura Chevreaux, MPT, CLT-LANA, CLWT, WCC!

I am a licensed Physical Therapist, board-certified Lymphedema Therapist, and Wound Care Specialist. For years, I’ve worked in major hospital systems, home care, and lymphatic clinical education, helping professionals and patients navigate the often confusing world of chronic swelling, lymphatic disorders, and post-surgical recovery.

I founded The Swell Spot right here in St. George because I noticed a massive gap in care. Too many patients are left stranded in the "just elevate your legs" loop, handed poor-fitting, painful solutions, or left feeling entirely overwhelmed by complex home routines.

My mission is to change that. I blend top-tier medical science with a compassionate, real-world approach. Whether we are mapping out a personalized decongestion plan, custom-fitting the perfect compression garments, or setting up realistic home therapy, my goal is to give you your independence back.

When I’m not in the clinic breaking up fibrotic tissue or optimizing surgical recovery timelines, you can usually find me planning my next outdoor adventure with my husband or enjoying the beautiful Southern Utah sunshine!
